This Dave Colombo venture, with the look and feel of a Tuscan bistro, is in the heart of downtown Hyannis, making for perfect people-watching from both the lively bar—a favorite among locals—and the seasonal outdoor patio. The open kitchen, high ceiling and energetic atmosphere adds a North End Boston feel, and the menu features loads of Italian classics; lots of pasta selections, thin crust pizzas, steak and local seafood. With dozens of house made Italian pastries and cookies available, dessert is an absoloute must, perhaps paired with a cappuccino or espresso.
